The Supervisor and the School Management Committee of La Salle College regret to announce the retirement and resignation of Dr Paul LAU Wai-keen as Principal of La Salle College with effect from 31 August 2006 for personal reasons.
Dr. Lau was appointed to the position in September 2004.
Bro Patrick Tierney, Supervisor of La Salle College, has expressed his sincere gratitude to Dr Lau for his services in the past two years.
The School Management Committee will proceed with the recruitment of a new Principal in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Mr Wong Yen-kit, currently a Vice-Principal of the College, will act as Principal in the interim.
The School Management Committee has every confidence that the change of personnel will not cause any disruption to the smooth operation of the school. |
